I thought I would let you know how valuable the Dexdyne system has been, particularly since the start of 2024.

As you well know water levels have been high for much of the year and the particularly wet weather around Christmas and the New year has put extra pressure on our pumping system. From the Dexdyne dashboard I am able to check at any time, by smart phone, the water levels and that pumps and the fan is running.

By using the Native Chart function we are able to monitor and predict rise and fall and schedule switching the pump on and off and refilling the diesel.

Remote monitoring of underground and surface pumping installations to ensure the safety and integrity of the underground workings.

The installations were historically monitored by personnel on a 24/7/365 basis by visiting each installation and recording the relevant information, including water depths, pump usage in hours.  We have now automated this process.

The Dexdyne installation has now been in use for almost 4 years. In that time the information provided by the system has been invaluable in ensuring the safe operation of the pumps. The weekly reports and pump running details provide the required information to ensure compliance with the reporting requirements of the Environment Agency.

On the occasions that we have required after sales assistance the response has been quick and effective. I would have no hesitation in using this company again in any upcoming projects.

In 2009 we needed to improve our access to real time data and installed the Dexdyne system. In 2019 we upgraded to a newer version.

What Aurora gets from the Dexdyne system is:

  • Real time views into generating station operation which allows us to monitor critical operating parameters. This is on PC and smartphone.

  • Access to historical data, on PC and smartphone.

  • Notification via text to mobile when the generating station stops.

Management of the Dexdyne system is simple and allows users to be set up quickly and easily customised to the level of access required. Particularly useful for Aurora is being able to have the Dexdyne system send the engineering team texts when the generating station stops, and when it has been restarted. Using the Dexdyne system has assisted in maximising revenue.

We have been using Dexdyne’s remote monitoring solution (Netrix) for over 5 years, both in the UK, and several countries around the world in our Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects.

Dexdyne's solution is used for providing on-line auditable data recording of each site, and other valuable web services such as data consolidation. These services combined together form a very important part of our data management system. The data is ultimately used to claim carbon credits, and has been successfully verified by independent agencies on a number of occasions.

The Netrix system has been used 24/7 to log data from our remote sites around the world, and has proved to be a reliable product in the field, during which Dexdyne's after-sales service and support has been excellent. Especially when developing new operating solutions for us, in order to help us cope with the ever changing CDM requirements.

We have been using Dexdyne's remote monitoring solution (Netrix) in the UK and Belgium for the past two years. We further intend to use these systems to monitor our projects in other parts of the world over the coming years.

Dexdyne has been very effective in delivering requested software enhancements to their standard product and met our expectations.

The Netrix system has been used 24/7 to log data from our remote energy generation sites and intend to incorporate the captured data for further use in our business systems.

We have been using Dexdyne's remote monitoring solution (Netrix) throughout the UK for the last five years.

Netrix has proved to be a reliable product in the field and Dexdyne's after-sales service and support has been excellent.

We have well over a hundred meters scattered around our various industrial sites.

When we looked around for a suitable AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) system, our conclusion was to go with the system from Dexdyne. Not only was it the least expensive option, but it met our requirements perfectly. And it was undoubtedly part of the reason that the Carbon Trust awarded us their ‘Certificate of Achievement’ when they came to inspect us for the Carbon Trust Standard.

Veolia Water

We have been using Dexdyne’s remote monitoring solution in the Republic of Ireland for the last 7 years.

Dexdyne’s solution is used for on-line and historical monitoring of water and waste water treatment works at over 30 sites. The system provides SCADA like live connectivity to each site and other valuable web services such as data consolidation and trend monitoring. These services provide a very important function to part of our service business.

We took over support of some remote pumping stations and needed both a reliable and cost effective solution to monitoring these sites. The sites had little or no services being in ‘very remote’ areas. Having used Dexdyne in a previous role I didn’t hesitate to use them again.

The pumping stations are pumping water from old underground workings and have already proved their value when we had issues and had to recover some operations.

The system allowed a limited work force to keep an eye on things and make decisions from any web-based device anywhere in the world!

I would recommend any one to consider the Dexdyne systems where remote unmanned systems are used, especially in those out of the way places.

I worked in partnership with Bharat and his company over several years, developing and launching a new electronic product. He is a professional and a gentleman, the staff are all enthusiastic and expert at what they do. I am very happy to recommend Bharat's company to anyone considering the development of embedded electronics, and looking for the personal service and "go the extra mile" approach you can get only from a boutique operation.
